Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Trade Boss, a software product owned and operated by PMI Enterprises, LLC ("PMI Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Trade Boss, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Trade Boss.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Trade Boss, and you must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you upload and the trading decisions you make. Trade Boss is a journaling, organization, performance-tracking, and analytics platform — it does not execute trades or make decisions for you.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use Trade Boss for its intended purpose. You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, or use it to transmit unlawful or infringing content.

3-Day Free Trial

Eligible new users may receive a 3-day (72-hour) free trial, measured from successful account activation. No credit card is required under the intended current trial model. The free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription — when it expires, free access simply ends and no automatic payment occurs.

Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Paid Trade Boss subscriptions are $9.99/month unless otherwise shown at checkout. A recurring paid subscription begins only after you actively choose to subscribe and authorize payment. Once activated, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel, and you authorize recurring billing for the recurring fee shown at purchase.

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through the available cancellation functionality. Cancellation prevents future renewals. You retain paid access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless otherwise required by law. Cancellation does not immediately delete your saved data. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law or where PMI Enterprises, LLC determines that a billing error or exceptional circumstance warrants a refund. For billing questions, contact us at the address below.

User-Generated Data

You retain rights to the trade data, notes, screenshots, and other content you submit to Trade Boss. By submitting it, you grant us the limited right to store and process it to provide the service.

Intellectual Property

Trade Boss and its logos, branding, and software are owned by PMI Enterprises, LLC or its licensors. You may not use Trade Boss branding without permission.

Third-Party Services

Trade Boss may link to or depend on third-party services (for example, payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Trade Boss available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be suspended or modified from time to time.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service, with or without notice.

Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trade Boss is a trading journal, organization, evaluation-tracking, and analytics platform. It is not a broker, brokerage, investment adviser, financial adviser, signal service, copy-trading service, trade-execution service, or a guarantee of profitability. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk, and you are responsible for all trading decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Trade Boss is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMI Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the service.
